The marketing website (nestorcut.com) is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
The application (app.nestorcut.com), its database and the files you upload are hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany — phone: +49 9831 505-0. Traffic to the application is routed through the Cloudflare, Inc. network (proxy and delivery).
To absorb load peaks, some nesting computations may be run on a server operated by Guillaume Jerke EI (APlasma); that server stores no data and reads from and writes to the database hosted at Hetzner.
4. Intellectual property
The NestorCut name, logo and visual identity are the property of Guillaume Jerke EI (APlasma). The structure and content of this website may not be reproduced without prior written authorisation. The source code published on the project repository is not open source in the Open Source Initiative sense: NestorCut's own contributions are licensed under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0 (noncommercial use only). Parts inherited from the nest2d project remain under the MIT Licence, and third-party components keep their own licences (see THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md in the repository). Trademarks and logos are not licensed under any of these licences (TRADEMARK.md).
